If you received an email explaining that your transfer could not be completed, this is most likely due to incorrect recipient details. By following the 6 steps below, you can easily retry your transfer!
1. Go to app.paycase.com and login to your Paycase account.
2. When you login, you will land on your Transfers page. Here all your previous transactions are visible. Please scroll down to the transaction with the error- you will see a red error message on the right.
3. Tap or click on the failed transaction to expand for details.
4. To verify your details and retry your transfer, click on the “update recipient’s details” button.
5. Enter the correct details for your recipient. Ensure the Name, Bank Account Number, Address, or any other required information is correct.
6. Click/Tap “Save” to process your transfer or“Cancel” to go back to your Transfers page.
